It does get a little laggy sometimes, and every now and then the audio goes strange for a bit. Still, for what I need, it usually gets the job done. It’s not perfect, but I keep using it, so that says something I guess.

I thought getting back into skype after switching phones would be straightforward, but it turned into a total loop. I know my email and can remember a lot of my old account details, yet the recovery form keeps rejecting me like I’m some random person trying to break in.
What’s most frustrating is that I expected at least some kind of real support, especially since my contacts and old chats are tied to that account. Instead it’s just automated pages sending me around in circles, and now it feels like everything I had there is basically gone...

The video gets blurry and freezes on most of my calls, and it’s getting frustrating. I tried switching to different Wi-Fi networks thinking that might fix it, but it still happens. At this point, I don’t really trust it for important calls anymore.

skype’s been rolling out updates often lately, most of them are decent. Calls seem to load way faster for me now, and the layout looks cleaner too. I still get random sign-in glitches here and there, which is kinda annoying, but overall it’s way better than it used to be.

I use it on my Mac and my Android phone, and it just doesn’t behave the same between them. One does that weird thing where it looks fine, then the other one feels off or missing something. It’s annoying when you expect it to work the same across devices.

I’m confused by this whole contact sync thing. It pulled in a bunch of random old contacts I haven’t needed in years, but somehow missed the people I actually talk to. To make it more annoying, the email says one thing and the app seems to be doing another, so I’m not even sure what’s supposed to be happening. Frustrating overall.

I’ll admit I’m usually impatient with customer support, so I wasn’t expecting much, but they got back to me quickly. They helped me sort out my login issue without too much back and forth, which I appreciated. Not the most amazing experience ever, but not bad at all.
